A day late but here are my workouts from last week!
Monday
3 mile trail run and 2 mile flat walk with Jasper.
Tuesday
9:45 am Nike Training Club class at 24. The class was broken up into three parts: solo work, partner work, and team work. Lots of cardio intervals, but the burpees are all I remember.
Late morning 1 hour hike with Jasper, my friend and her pup.
Wednesday
This was supposed to be a rest day but I needed a run after my first day of school, and Jasper really needed one, too. So we went on a nice 5 mile run.
Thursday
5 pm SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. Most of the class was resistance intervals, but the last bit was Tabata cardio intervals. More burpees.
Friday
9:45 am Nike Training Club class at 24. It was a "Get Strong" workout, but with this teacher every workout is a cardio workout. The last part of this class was also Tabata, and coincidentally.. Even MORE burpees!
Saturday
6 mile run with Jasper
Sunday
2 hours of heavy lifting and cleaning pens with my volunteers.
Went on a trail ride in the afternoon. Thunder worked out for me.
