5 pm SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. This class was broken up into circuits working on specific body parts. The first was core, then legs, arms, back and we finished up with cardio drills. The leg circuit killed me. I'm writing this Sunday and I'm STILL sore.
Friday
6 mile run with Jasper
Saturday
Worked out at 24. I did a short 12 minute circuit to start:
Each exercise for 1 minute, repeat 3x: squats (40 lbs), clean and press (40 lbs), mountain climbers, v-ups
I followed it up with a few more core exercises then did 30 minutes of interval training on the elliptical while watching the World Series.
