This was a ridiculously active week. It wasn't intentional, I was just stressed with midterms and exercising helped blow off some steam. Also, we got a rowing machine at home and I needed to test it out! I didn't take any rest days (whoops) so will take it easier this week.

50 strict chest to bar pull ups
75 knees to elbows
50 meter handstand walk
This was rough! I modified strict dips with tricep dips on a bench, pull-ups with ring rows and the 50 m handstand walk with 15 handstand wall walks (start in plank position with feet against wall, do a pushup then walk feet up wall with hands following until in full handstand position with face and chest to the wall, then walk back down to plank position).

50 double unders
8 deadlifts

I did 95 lb for my deadlifts and modified double unders for twice as many single jumps (with jump rope). I realized during this workout how horribly uncoordinated I am with a jump rope since I hadn't used one in so long. It also didn't help that I was using a frayed wire jump rope and every time I messed up I cut my leg. My shins were dripping blood by the end (ouch).
I bought a jump rope that afternoon and have been practicing since. I am determined to get double unders down!
Thursday
5 mile trail run in the afternoon
This was a rough day because our cat was run over by a car and died that morning. Running helped me clear my head and feel a little better.

I kept it light for this workout and did 65 lb for back squats, 20 inch box jumps, ring rows instead of pull-ups and 45 lb for shoulder to overhead.
Saturday
An hour climbing with the boyfriend in the AM
1 hour afternoon hike with Jasper, a friend and her dog in the afternoon
Sunday
1 hour pen cleaning with my volunteers at work in the morning
