6 mile run with Jasper
Tuesday
4 pm Turbo Kick class at 24. I hadn't done Turbo Kick in two years, and this class was really fun because the instructor mixed it up with a few old rounds that I loved from when I first joined 24 five years ago. My shoulders and arms were so sore the next day. I forgot how much I love this class, and I'm bummed that next Tuesday will probably be the last Turbo Kick class at my gym because the instructor who teaches it is leaving and all the other instructors prefer teaching Body Combat.
Random side note: I just found out that Chalene Johnson, fitness instructor extraordinaire, is the creator of Beach Body LLC and Turbo Kick. As I briefly mentioned in my last post, I love Chalene's podcast "Build Your Tribe" and I recommend it to anyone looking to build their business brand.

Wednesday Stacked hay for half an hour and unloaded 25 bags of feed. Thursday 5 pm SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. We did curtsey lunges and pistol squats with the TRX. Holy quads! There were also a good amount of cardio kickboxing exercises in this workout and my arms were still sore from Turbo Kick. Friday 4 mile run + 2 mile walk with Jasper |
Saturday
1 hour early morning hike with a friend, her pup, and Jasper.
Afternoon gym session: 10 minutes squats, rows, and clean and presses with barbell + 40 minutes on the stair master reading for one of my marketing classes.
Sunday
2 hours pen cleaning and heavy lifting with my volunteers + 2 hours leading pony rides in the blistering heat. Indian summer is officially here, my friends.
