It was a busy week! (Hence the lack of posting)
Here were my workouts:
Monday
30 minute Living Room Workout. I can't get enough of this one!
1 hour hike with Jasper, a friend and her pup
4:30 pm Viniyoga class at YogaWorks. Vini is therapeutic yoga that focuses on the rhythm of the breath and meditation. It was so relaxing and was a great way to decompress after a long day.

Deck of Cards workout:
Assign an exercise to each suit of a deck of cards. Put the deck of cards face down. Each time you flip a card over, do the exercise that matches that card for the number of reps on the card. For example, if squats are your spades and you draw the 4 of spades, do 4 squats. Go through the entire deck of cards.
My workout was:
Spades: Plank up downs
Clubs: Man makers (10 lb weights)
Diamonds: V-ups
Hearts: Jump squats
Thursday
5 pm SculptWorks class at YogaWorks
Friday
2 mile walk to BART
Saturday
2 mile trail run with Jasper
2 mile walk with Jasper, a friend and her pup
Sunday
3 mile run with Jasper
1.5 hours heavy lifting and pen cleaning with my volunteers at work
CrossFit inspired workout:
3 rounds for time:
30 box jumps
20 push presses (40 lbs)
30 deadlifts (40 lbs)
20 burpees
I finished in 23:10
