As the quarter winds down, I'm so busy with schoolwork it's hard to fit in blog posts! But no matter how busy I am, I'll still post my weekly workouts.
Monday
30 minute Living Room Workout
Walk 4 miles round trip to BART
Tuesday
4 pm Nike Training Club class at 24. Somehow I always seem to go to NTC on the days that it's a "Get Lean" workout, which means TONS of cardio. This class was tough, but it was exactly what I needed after a long day at school to reenergize me and clear my head. We mostly did tabata drills and it made the hour fly by.
Wednesday

Thursday
40 minute interval workout on the stair master at the gym
Friday
9 am YogaWorks Cardio Flow (2/3). After taking this class I felt like I finally found my type of yoga. Usually I get bored in classes, my mind wanders and I feel like I wasted my time and should have taken a strength class. But not in this class. The room was heated, we never stopped moving and I felt like I got a great workout in. My mind didn't wander at all because I was so focused on my poses and the fact that my muscles were shaking. The class was really challenging and l will definitely be going back for more.
Saturday
8 am SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. Always tough, and always a great way to start my Saturday.
Sunday
5 mile run with Jasper
1.5 hours pen cleaning and heavy lifting with my volunteers at week.
