I have been taking it easy on the workouts recently since I hurt my back at work. I have been hiking a lot and loving it since the weather has been perfect in the Bay Area. Also, I am trying to stay away from the gym since it's New Years resolution season and has been waaay too crowded. Anyway, here are my workouts from last week:

Spades: Box jumps
Clubs: Burpees
Diamonds: V-ups
Hearts: Push presses with 10 lb dumbbells
1.5 hours indoor rock climbing in the afternoon with my mom

1.5 hours pen cleaning and hay moving with my volunteers at work
