2.5 hours building retaining walls at work

4 mile train run / hike with Jasper
Friday
30 minute GRIT Cardio class at 24

Saturday
Attended the Ultimate Fitness Experience at Diablo Rock Gym. It was a free event where non-members were invited to try out all the classes the gym offers. It included TRX, CrossFit, yoga and more! My review of the event is coming soon.

1.5 hours pen cleaning with my volunteers at work
