5 mile run + 1 mile walk with Jasper
The squirrels were out in full force and Jasper spent most of the run darting back and forth in front of me trying to chase them. I've yet to trip over him and fall flat on my face, but I know that day is coming.

5 pm SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. This class was really fun. We did handstands so the 7 year old gymnast in me got to come out and play. Wee!
Friday
30 minute Living Room Workout. This workout is a tough one. I designed it to be an intense but short workout, so modify as needed! I definitely had to modify a few of the moves.
50 minute afternoon hike with Jasper and the boyfriend
Saturday
8 am SculptWorks class at YogaWorks. This class was a kick in the butt. A lot of isolated leg and glute workouts.
4 hours building a fence at work.
Sunday
2 hours pen cleaning and heavy lifting with my volunteers at work.
